The Russian Federation was only informed: Ukraine, Turkey and the UN agreed by the "grain corridor" movement

This is stated in a statement of a joint coordination center in Istanbul. It is reported that the plan for the marine humanitarian corridor for 16 ships (12 weekends and 4 arrive) was agreed by the parties on October 31. The Russian side was only informed about it.

"According to the procedures of the Joint Coordination Center (SKC), all participants coordinate their actions with the relevant military and other competent authorities to ensure the safe passage of commercial courts within the Black Sea Grain Initiative," the statement reads.

In addition, it was stated that in order to continue the implementation of the initiative it was proposed that delegations of Turkey and the UN were provided on October 31 10 inspection groups for inspection of 40 vessels. Within the framework of the grain initiative, 97 ships with cargo and 15 vessels arriving for the Inspectorate of the SKCs have been registered in Istanbul, another 89 vessels have applied for joining the initiative.

The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine said that today, October 31, from the ports "Odesa", "Chernomorsk" and "South" there were 12 vessels from 354. 5 thousand tons of agricultural products to Africa, Asia and Europe. Among them are Ikaria Angel Balker with Ukrainian Ethiopia Wheat, which is on the verge of famine. "It is a seventh vessel, which is chartered within the World Food Program under the auspices of the United Nations," the Ministry of Infrastructure reports.

We will remind, exports of agricultural products in the Black Sea routes was terminated after Russia declared withdrawal from the grain agreement. In particular, Ikaria Angel Balker, which houses 40,000 tons of Ukrainian grain, could not come out of the port. Russia has blocked 218 vessels that exported grain from Ukraine as part of an initiative to safely transport agricultural products in the Black Sea.
