The largest payment system UnionPay has limited work with the Spring Russian banks. The Great Chinese Payment System UnionPay has limited work with Russian equy banks under sanctions. About it reports the Russian edition of RBC with reference to two sources in banks and payment market. Video of the day in particular, UnionPay has introduced a ban on servicing its cards issued by foreign banks, including POS terminals.

According to the interlocutors of the Russian publication, such a decision by UnionPay could be made because of the risk of secondary sanctions.
