In Kherson region, the occupier raped the Ukrainian for more than a month: the woman needed the help of doctors

The victim said that the occupier had demanded an intimacy from her, and when the woman refused, he threatened that "during the war it is possible to die or disappear. According to the court, the crime was committed by the junior sergeant of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, a citizen of Russia, a native, p. Darkaskasmal, Republic of Dagestan. The occupier entered the territory of the homeownership of a local woman, intimidated her, raped and left.

In case of refusal, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation threatened that he would rake other servicemen who will rape it, mock her at home, or take her to the school where they are based. The occupier began to come to the woman almost every day and take a sexual action regarding her. It lasted more than a month.

The court also found that the local authorities awarded the rapist for a dignified "military duty during a special military operation on denacification and demilitarization of Ukraine". In court, the victim recognized her abuser in the photo and asked not to question the locals about her case because she still experiences negative emotional experiences.

The woman said that the occupier first came to her house in early July 2022 and began to demand her intimacy, and when the woman refused, began to threaten that "during the war it is possible to die or disappear, but it is not the worst. " He also told her that she had to leave as his wife and he would set her to her apartment. She was waiting with fear that day because she did not want to go. Due to the brutal rape, the woman has bleeding. After de -occupation, she sought help from doctors.

She was diagnosed with mixed type dyscirculatory encephalopathy and asthenic neurotic syndrome. The Greater Alexandrovsky District Court of Kherson Oblast in the verdict of April 29, 2024 found the Russian guilty under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and condemned in absentia to 12 years imprisonment.
