According to Roszmi, residents of occupied Ukrainian regions, who have moved to the Far East of Russia, can vote at the polling stations. In the Russian city of Khabarovsk, the so -called voting sites have already opened on the accession of the occupied parts of "DNR" and "LNR", as well as Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions to Russia. About it reports the Russian propaganda TV channel "Zvezda", which posted the appropriate video.

According to the sites, people who have left the occupied regions of Ukraine to Russia may vote at the sites. The footage published in the network shows that above the building where the fake plebiscite is passed, there is a banner with the inscription "The fate of the Motherland - in your hands". According to Russian journalists, about four million Ukrainian refugees live in the Russian Federation.

In order to also participate in a pseudo-referendum, polling stations will operate in different cities of the aggressor country from September 23 to September 27. Earlier on Russian sites it was claimed that "voting" in Khabarovsk would take only one day - September 27. The same date is noticeable on the banner.
