Import substitution is expensive, and the former key importers, such as India, are no longer so interested in the purchase of weapons from the Russian Federation.
But the Kremlin's policy is to get everything possible. Probably the North Korean weapons, which are denied in the Kremlin, is relatively cheap. At the same time, the Russian economy is put on military rails, budget expenditures are focused on the defense complex. That is, Russia in this war for a long time, journalists conclude. We will remind that in the new Russian rocket 40N6 for the complex C-400 found a foreign fee. The range of a new rocket is up to 400 km.
