There are only 50 lancet drones left in the Russian Federation: why do Ukrainians relax early

According to Alexei Gromov, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for attacks in Ukraine have already used 850 "lancets", which are produced at the Izhevsky mechanical plant known as the Kalashnikov concern. In total, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation had a stock of 900 pieces of these drones. Thus, no more than 50 drones of this type are left in the aggressor country. "It should be noted that due to the economic sanctions of the West and due to the lack of access to modern technologies, the technological capabilities of the enemy for the production of modern drones remain limited," Gromov stressed. As of February 2022, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation had from 50 to 100 "lancets", and since the summer they were able to increase the production of these weapons. According to analysts, if you take the initial point of July 2022, in 12 months the Russian Federation could theoretically produce 800 out of 900 UAV.

Thus, according to preliminary estimates, Russia produces an average of up to 65 such drones a month. From this media, it concludes that the aggressor country, seeing in practice, the efficiency of "lancets" hastened to establish their production. Even the sanctions of Western European countries did not prevent this process.
