In Chernihiv, a police officer knocked down the military at a pedestrian crossing (photo)

To spread: On the eve of the evening in Chernihiv, a patrol police officer on a service car knocked down a serviceman who crossed the carriageway. The victim died on the spot from the injuries. The tragedy happened around 8:00 pm, the State Bureau of Investigation reported. According to preliminary information, a law enforcement officer was sober at the time of the incident. He did not choose a safe speed, which led to the tragedy.

As you can see in the photo, the blow was such a force that the hood of the car was crumpled, the windshield was damaged, and the shoe from the dead took off. Criminal proceedings were opened in the DBR under Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the rules of road safety or operation of transport by persons who manage vehicles that caused the death of the victim).
