To extend: Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk urged to read more closely between the lines the statement of US President Donald Trump about the possibility of returning the occupied territories to Ukraine, noting that, at first glance, the complex reality was hidden optimistic. According to him, many have not noticed that Washington seeks to shift responsibility for the end of the war to European countries.

As Tusk wrote on the social network X, President Trump said that Ukraine can restore control of all the occupied territories with the support of the EU. At the same time, Poland's prime minister emphasized that such an optimistic statement is hiding the actual reduction of the role of the United States in the process and shifting the basic responsibility for peace into European states, emphasizing that reality is more important than illusions.

In addition, the recently the publication of The Telegraph wrote that Donald Trump, at first glance, departed from the active participation of the United States in the war in Ukraine. Commentators noted that it was an unexpected turn even for such an unpredictable president who was surprised by allies and enemies. Recall that on its platform Truth Social Donald Trump stated that Ukraine has a real chance of returning all the occupied territories and even reaching the war with Russia. According to him, Russia is now in a difficult situation because of a long three -year war and serious economic problems, which makes it vulnerable.

Trump stressed that with the support of the European Union, NATO and financial partners, Kiev is able to restore control of all territories within the internationally recognized borders. He also assured that the United States would continue to supply weapons through NATO to support Ukraine in the fight against the aggressor.
