Strikes on Russian refineries: gas stations are closed, half of the gas stations are not working in southern Russia - the media

To spread: UAV strikes on Russian oil facilities lead to mass closures of gas stations. In some regions, to half of gas stations have ceased to work in Russia. The number of gasoline gas stations has decreased by 360 objects (2. 6%) in the country since late July. In some regions, the problem is larger in nature, the Russian newspaper "Kommersant" reported with reference to the data of the analytical company "OMT-Consult". Monitoring contained data from 17,000 gasoline and diesel gas stations.

The most fuel problems are experienced by the southern regions, where gasoline selling gas stations decreased by 14. 2% (more than 220). The most difficult situation is in the occupied Crimea. About 50% of the gas stations on the peninsula stopped gasoline. In the Rostov region, Mari El and the Jewish Autonomous Region, the number of gas stations decreased by 12-14%. A more stable situation in the Far East and in the Volga Federal District.

The decrease is noted at the level of 2%, and in the Central Federal District - up to 1. 5%. Market participants hope that the fuel shortage is overcome by November. The Ministry of Energy and the authorities have stated that they are maintaining the issue of fuel "under control". The interlocutors of the newspaper claim that "because of planned repairs and incidents" on the refinery, gasoline production has decreased significantly, and current inventories do not cover the needs of the market.

The occupying power of Crimea complains that the deliveries to the peninsula have decreased due to a decrease in production on a number of refineries, logistical problems and bad weather, which blocked the Kerch crossing. The founder of the Kalina Oil group Valery Borisov noted that gasoline and diesel supply from refineries decreased at times and actually stopped.

The sources of the publication say that the Russian government is discussing the continuation of the fuel export ban by the end of the year. It should be added that on September 24, after attack by drones on Novorossiysk, the main ports of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea stopped shipping oil for export. We will remind, at the station of the oil pipeline "Druzhba" in Russia recently hit with the HMSV HIMARS. The work of the object had to be stopped.
