"This is a meat grinder": the US State Department has revealed one point that negotiates with the Russian Federation

To extend: The only point that can currently be discussed by US and Russia delegations is a ceasefire and other topics will not be considered. This was stated during the press conference by US State Department Temmy Bruce. According to her, Washington does not see the point in the negotiations until the termination of hostilities is achieved. "It's a meat grinder. And nothing else can be discussed to achieve the result until the shooting and killing stops," Bruce said.

She stressed that US President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio was publicly clear to the Russian delegation. "It is a dynamics that will not be resolved by the military way," Bruce said. The State Department spokeswoman also emphasized that the United States will closely monitor Russia's behavior. "Minister Rubio made it clear that in a few weeks we will find out if Russia is serious," Bruce said.
