"On November 18, 2024, about 23:20, using the prohibited methods of warfare by international law, the invaders attacked a dormitory of one of the educational institutions in Hlukhiv, Sumy region," the prosecutor's office said. They added that a pre -trial investigation into violation of the laws and customs of war that caused the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

He noted that Russia struck the city with drone, resulting in the destruction of one of the educational institutions. "At this time, it is known that seven people were killed because of this attack.
