During the speech, the UN representative also mentioned the attacks on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine.

On April 2, drones attacked the factories in the territory of the special economic zone "Elabuga" in Tatarstan, as well as in the city of Nizhnnokamsk. According to local authorities, there was no significant damage, the technological process remained unchanged. The media, with reference to sources in the power agencies, reported that there was a special operation of Ukrainian intelligence. Representatives of Alabuga claimed that drones were "equipped with NATO countries".
