"Excellent result of the Armed Forces": Ambassador of Ukraine responded to the supply to the Russian Federation of Iranian weapons

Vadim Prystayko noted that Russia faced major problems due to lack of ammunition and is therefore forced to seek help from the Coalition of Weak countries. The Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK Vadim Prystayko commented on information that Iran had sent a large batch of ammunition to Russia. According to him, if the "second army of the world" needs military assistance from Iran, it is a merit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

This was written by journalists of the British TV channel Sky News in a material dedicated to the secret military agreement of Tehran and Moscow. According to the Ukrainian diplomat, the armed forces of the Russian Federation were in a situation where due to lack of ammunition we have to contact the "coalition of weak countries". This means that Russia is faced with great difficulty on the battlefield, spending a huge number of its own ammunition reserves.

"They, as if the second largest army in the world, end with resources, which is a great result of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Prystayko stressed. The diplomat also noted that the Sanctions introduced by the West interfere with the military industry of the Russian Federation to establish the production of enough ammunition necessary to maintain high rates of hostilities.

At the same time, to close the logistics pathways in which Moscow replenishes its arsenal of weapons, additional work is needed. "We still need to actively pursue the Iranians and the rest of these regimes to stop supplying to Russia to feed the war," the diplomat summarized. Sky News journalists, based on information of special services, claim that since January this year, Iran has secretly put millions of ammunition and hundreds of thousands of shells in the Russian Federation.

The source reported that 200 transport containers with weapons were transported through the Caspian Sea. It became known after two transport vessels under Russian flags were released into the Caspian Sea. Most likely, it is about Musa Jalil and Begey cargo ships - the first left the Iranian port on January 10, the second appeared in the sea on January 12. The source clarified that in total, almost 100 million rounds of 5. 56 mm, 7. 62 mm, 9 mm, 12. 7 mm and 14.
