However, under various reasons, the occupying power refuses every time.

On September 30, 2022, the Russian Federation abducted Tigran Ogannisyan, who lived with his grandmother in the temporarily occupied Berdyansk. During the interrogation, the Russians tortured a teenager, but on October 5 they released him. The invaders were constantly questioned by Tigran and his classmate Nikita Khanganov and conducted searches.

In January 2023, the Russians did not allow Tigran's parents to remove him from a temporarily occupied territory, and the teenager was returned from Taganrog. On April 7, the Russian military carried Ogannisyana and Khanganov to Russia in Rostov-on-Don (RF) for passing "psychological psychiatric examination". On May 24, Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Kanganov was accused of allegedly preparing sabotage on the railway.

The case was prepared in court, the Russian Federation planned to condemn boys up to 20 years in prison. On the eve of the murder of children, the European Parliament in its resolution appealed to the International Committee of the Red Cross and the UN Human Rights Mission to intervene in the situation and facilitate the departure of adolescents to the Ukrainian government -controlled territory. No reaction to this call happened.

On June 24, Russian propagandists reported the liquidation of "two pro -Ukrainian terrorists", which were Tigran Ogannisyan and Nikita Khanganov. Before his death, Tigran recorded a video that ended with the words "Glory to Ukraine!". The invaders accused the teenagers of killing a military and colaboration police officer. The circumstances of their death are unknown, what happened - there is no information. In the day before the murder, the boys were in the occupation police department.
