Drone attacked one of the largest Russian refineries: all details

According to the media, the drone collapsed next to the hydraulic installation at about 7am in Moscow. The place of the incident was surrounded by law enforcement and explosives. The drone attacked the largest oil refinery of the Northern Region of Russia, located in Yaroslavl. This was reported on January 29 in the Russian Telegram channel Baza.

According to the administrators of the channel, the drone fell next to the installation for hydraulic cutting at the plant "Slavneft-Janos" at about 7 am in Moscow time. According to the Telegram channel 112, the scene is currently surrounded, the demining group is expected. In addition, according to preliminary data, there are no victims as a result of the attack. The governor of the region Mikhail Yevreyev did not formally comment on the UAV attack on the refinery at the time of the material.

The Novo-Yaroslav Oil Refinery "Slavneft-Janos" was commissioned in 1961. The plant is now recognized as one of Russia's largest oil refining products. The average volume of oil processing in PJSC "Slavneft-Janos" is about 15 million tons of oil per year.
