Havrylyuk believes that F-16 fighters will help the defense forces to reconcile the dominance of the enemy in the sky, which will increase the capabilities of Ukrainians on Earth.
However, Ukraine does not have these sides, while the ammunition reserves are falling to a critical level. "These and other factors complicate the forces of Ukraine's defense forces to repel the aggressor," Ivan Havrylyuk added.
