According to her, the Verkhovna Rada will vote for changes in the state budget by this date. "The Ministry of Defense tells us that they have no money to pay combat by September 20. But we will vote for changes to the state budget until September 20. I cannot now name the date ", - she said. Podlas noted that the head of the Parliament would sign the law of the law immediately after the vote, so that the military received payments on time.

She also suggested that the president would also quickly sign everything. "All officials understand how quickly it should be done," she said. Podlas also said that the budget was planned so that Ukraine had enough money to buy military equipment and payment for servicemen. However, in the first quarter of 2024, the United States did not provide military assistance to Ukraine, and therefore the country was forced to replace its own funds.
