According to his statement, allies of Ukraine are aware that it is very difficult to resist the occupiers without their support, and in some areas it is even impossible.
Skybitsky also noted that high -precision weapons used by the Armed Forces at the Front are presented mainly by Western manufacturers' products. The same applies to 155 mm ammunition, which are also mainly products in other countries. In the same interview, GUR representative explained why the Russian Federation speaks of readiness for negotiations. According to Vadim Skibitsky, Russia's rhetoric on this issue is mostly directed to the countries of the West and the Global South.
