On May 18, all conscripts will have 60 days to update their data in the CCC. For those who do not register, Ukraine has responsibility. During the martial law, all conscripts must stand on military registration. The new law on strengthening of mobilization No. 10449 obliges Ukrainians to visit the Tax Code. In a comment, the lawyer Rostislav Kravets told about how to punish those who do not register. The new mobilization project will come into force on May 18.

From this date, all conscripts, conscripts and reservists will have 60 days to update themselves. This does not mean that the citizen is mobilized instantly and sent to the front.

The lawyer stressed that this is a responsibility in Ukraine. "To date, fines are provided for persons for not on military registration. However, this is not a significant offense," he said. In case of non-recovery of their military accounting data, a citizen may be held administratively liable for violation of accounting rules or mobilization legislation. The offender can be fined UAH 3400-5100. In the case of "recurrence" and in a special period the fine is greater-17 000-22 500 UAH.

The court may also deprive the driver's rights. Criminal liability is provided for evasion of military accounting. According to Focus, different sanctions are possible under the relevant article - from a fine to imprisonment. The offender may also be fined. We will remind, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba confirmed that abroad will restrict the provision of consular services for men aged 18-60 years.
