Among the liberated are the deputy chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people Nariman Jalyal, detained in Crimea in 2021, art expert Olena Pah, who was hostage in Russia for almost six years, and Valery Matyushenko, who was detained in Donets whom he received a disability. It was possible to return home and five Ukrainians who were captured in Belarus and deprived of freedom during 2022-2023.
