Ukrainians who have lost their health after mobilization have the right to dismiss. To do this, you need to write a report and undergo a physical examination. Even after mobilization in Ukraine, that is, during the service in the army, the health of the fighter may worsen to the level when it becomes unusable. First of all, it should be confirmed by the Military Medical Commission (VLK). The conclusion of the VLK on the unfit for health reasons allows the dismissal from the Armed Forces.

According to the law, such men fall into the reserve (if they have not reached the age and should be examined every 6-12 months) or resign (if the age age is reached or due to unfitness from the person from military accounting). The first thing to do is to report to the commander, noting health problems (with causes of occurrence or exacerbation) and supporting medical documents for confirmation.

Then you need to ask for a referral to the VLK, which should be signed by the chief of staff or the chief of the personnel body. The next step is to undergo a physical examination, the results of which doctors should establish unfitness. For the VLK you need to prepare (except for referral): if doctors are sent for examination due to injuries, injuries, injuries or injuries received during the service, you need an original certificate of the circumstances of their receipt.

Photocopies are also suitable if they are certified by officials with a seal of the part. If the military cannot serve during the dismissal, the VLK may issue a resolution to release him from his duties. It is a term of up to 30 days. The decision of the VLK is sent to the military unit, and there are drawn up and submitted documents for dismissal. After the order is approved, the fighter submits a position and is removed from the lists of personnel.
