The Secretary of Iranian drones is launched in the Russian Federation: who will collect UAV

Investigative journalists found that the plant will be based in Tatarstan under the cover of Albatros company for agricultural drone production. Russia and Iran secretly continue cooperation in the production of military UAVs, despite all the statements of Iran that it does not participate in the supply of drones in the Russian Federation, Financial Times writes. The journalists of the publication learned all the details of the construction of a secret enterprise.

It turns out that the new plant is going to be built in Tatarstan. The enterprise will exist under the cover of the company "Albatros", which is engaged in "creation of agricultural drones". Although this firm is openly selling for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation intelligence drones, but apparently the enterprise will also produce drones-Kamikadze, in the edition of FT. Ilya Voronkov, a co -founder of the company, admitted that he was supplying drones to the military.

He also stated that 70% of components for its drones receive the company in the Russian Federation and the engines from China. Investigative journalists have noted that in recent months, the activity of the Russian enterprise has increased, and the business park where it is located has started a set of UAV engineers and specialists who own Farsi and are able to translate "technical documentation".

Social networks have found dozens of announcements about work in "Albatros", in particular for positions such as "UAV production director", "UAV designer" and "UAV chief technologist". Some of them explicitly state that this position is coordinated with the Ministry of Defense of Russia on the issues of projection. Several UAVs related to UAV vacancies are needed to understand "reengineering processes".

This means that Albatros is going to copy the samples of Western drones, which sometimes can be captured during occupation in Ukraine, suggesting FT journalists. In the White House, they monitor the construction of this plant. "We are worried that Russia is working with Iran in the production of Iranian UAVs in the Russian Federation," said John Kirby, a representative of the US National Security Council. Against some Albatross companies, the United States has already imposed sanctions.
