According to the NSDC Secretary, the Kremlin's desire to report on achievements can lead to exacerbation at the front in the near future. Victory reports need Moscow to attract new people in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The Russian leadership hopes to boast at least some "victories" to the anniversary of a full -scale invasion of February 24. This was announced on Wednesday, February 1, by Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

"Russia is a strange country. The fact is that for them [Russians] are decisive. According to Danilov, the Kremlin wants to report to the population, telling about the achievements at the front. In addition, Moscow is needed in order to attract as many people as possible to the ranks of the Armed Forces.
