The country's power system is experiencing a significant power shortage. "Each of us must understand that we will be going on with significant restrictions on electricity consumption this winter," Shmigal said. The Cabinet of Ministers, according to Shmigal, instructed the Ministry of Energy to determine clear priorities for the inclusion of power supply in the following order: the Government of Ukraine provided the regions of 340 million euro infrastructure and administrative services centers.
In 10 regions, as the prime minister promises, 83 projects are sold. The Cabinet of Ministers says that last week it was sent 100 million hryvnias to restore the Kremenchuk heat supply system in Poltava region. Also, 50 million hryvnias were referred to renew the destroyed infrastructure of Sumy region. The regions received more than UAH 5 billion for recovery, Denis Shmigal calculated.
We will remind that after Russian shelling of energy infrastructure of Odessa and the region on December 10, most people lost electricity. The Odessa Ova stated that it is possible to repair the power supply system in 2-3 months. Odessa authorities did not talk about the need to leave the city and the region through Black.
