According to the Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko, 5 people were injured - they were provided with medical assistance on the spot. As a result of the rocket strike on the Dnieper, five people were injured on July 28. This was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, four men aged 18 to 53 and a 77-year-old woman were injured. All the victims were provided with medical care without hospitalization.

Klimenko added that the apartment bypass was completed and law enforcement officers record the crimes of the aggressor country. It is reported that the upper floors of the 12-storey building were damaged as a result of the impact. The Ministry of Internal Affairs also reported that rescuers eliminated a fire in the SBU building. As it was reported, on July 28, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck a rocket strike across the Dnieper.
