The city was under a massive drone attack for several hours. Nikolaevsky Vanek monitoring channel warned the movement of percussion UAVs from several different directions at different times. Explosions were heard in Vasylkov at different times, including their locals at about 03:30. The journalist and public figure Andriy Smoly said in his Telegram channel that a massive attack on Vasylkov had fires in the city.
The local Telegram-channel "Real Kiev" published a photo showing the consequences of a Russian blow to Vasylkova. Frames demonstrate that the city is rising thick smoke and the ignition is visible. At about 5:30 am, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnik reported the first consequences of the attack in the Kyiv region. According to him, in the Obukhov district it is known about one dead man-a 28-year-old woman who died due to injuries.
Other consequences of massive attack on Vasylkova and in general in the Kyiv region are not reported at this time. "More detailed information later," Mykola Kalashnik said. It should be noted that at night, on May 18, explosions were also in different corners of the Kiev region against the background of a massive attack of Russian "Shahaned". We will remind, on May 17, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia killed a family in the Sumy region when the bus attacked.
