Bloggers who help Russia carry out the subversive activity of Ukraine can be life imprisonment. The deputy head of the department of the Office of the Prosecutor General Maria Burdain told about it on the air "inevitable punishment".

She explained that the Verkhovna Rada recognized Russia with a terrorist state whose regime was aimed at genocide of the Ukrainian people. Therefore, the justification of Russia's actions is actually a terrorist activity punishable by the Criminal Code. According to Maria Burdain, the Constitution of Ukraine provides for the right to express its position and access to information, but in the context of martial law, some rights may be restricted.

At the same time, if the bloggers acted on their own initiative and denied Russia's armed aggression, they may be used to apply a lesser punishment-up to 8-10 years in prison. Nevertheless, not only bloggers who have many subscribers, but also ordinary Ukrainians who deny Russia's armed aggression on a number of audience can punish for justification or denial of war. They are also responsible for their actions.

According to the Deputy Chief of the OGP Department, the Supreme Court has already confirmed a sentence on a person who, having a small audience on the Internet, spread Russian narratives and denied the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. According to Maria Burdain, today it is a rather serious crime, such a person has been appointed 5 years of imprisonment.

She also explained that Russia uses such bloggers for its own purposes to justify their crimes and recruit Ukrainians with a pro -Russian position, for further work on the special services of the Russian Federation. At the end of October, it was reported that a blogger who prevented the representatives of the shopping center would be tried in Lviv region. In addition, he urged other people to interfere with their activities.

It is known that the blogger has justified Russia's armed aggression since 2014 and called the Ukrainian military. He called the presentations of the stories illegal and he filmed all conflicts with representatives of the shopping center on video and published on the social network. For such activities, a man faces up to 8 years in prison. Law enforcement officers have also recently presented the suspicion of the Kiev blogger.
