97% of Russian rockets and bombs beat civilian infrastructure: statistics

This was stated during the meeting by the Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Mission with the OSCE Victoria Kuvshinnikov, Ukrinform reports. Victoria Kuvshinnikov also shared shelling statistics, which shows that only 3% of Russian missiles, drones and managed bombs affect military goals.
