Before this, the Committee has finalized the document: as previously reported in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, this document also provides for the solution of other problematic issues of social sphere in the army: at the same time, this bill provides for the introduction of new powers for state bodies on humanitarian aid concerning the obligatory quality of humanitarian assistance, which is provided by the defense forces.
