"Demands to agree to occupation": Axios found out the details of the US plan at a meeting in London that Ukraine will receive

To spread: The US proposal for the settlement of the war, which will be represented on April 23 in London, refers to the abolition of sanctions imposed since 2014, the promise that Ukraine will never become a member of NATO, and the occupied OPP will be considered an object in the Ukrainian territory, but will also supply electricity to Russia. These and other details were voiced by officials who are familiar with the plan. Washington's proposal in London told Axios on April 23.

It is noted that the plan was created after Donald Trump Special Representative Steve Witcoff met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow last week. Axios published key elements of the American offer.
