President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced that Russia has launched a full -scale war against Ukraine, because in 2014 it did not receive a sufficiently rigid reaction from the world community to the occupation of Ukrainian Crimea. During a briefing, following the summit of the Crimean Platform, Zelensky stated that at this stage negotiations with the Russian Federation were impossible.
