The agreement is designed for the next 3 years and provides for the financing of the purchase by the British government of a wide range of Ukrainian drones, which will be jointly produced in the country. This was reported by the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov. "Ukraine and the United Kingdom launch a new initiative for joint production of drones. This arrangement has been reached by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister Kir Starmer.
Within the initiative during the first three years of this mega-prose, the British side will finance the purchase of a whole spectrum of Ukrainian drones. Rustem Umerov noted that British defense companies will be able to quickly release and produce the most modern drones on a large scale. He also stressed that we would remind that on June 24 it was reported that the forces of the south destroyed three new Russian drones in the air with the help of drones-interceptors in the air.
