"Judgments made by Ukrainian courts for compensation for damages caused by Russian armed aggression, create a number of challenges - above all, it is a problem of their implementation. To be used for real implementation of such decisions, " - said the lawyer, director of the Center of the Dnistryansky Ivan Gorodysky. For this reason, after satisfying the claim in the Ukrainian court, they turn to international instances.

Analysts recalled that the joint -stock company "National Joint Stock Company" Naftogaz of Ukraine "was able to obtain in the Paris court permission to enforce the decision on compensation for losses of $ 5 billion, which was caused by the illegal use of assets in the Crimea occupied by Russia, but this process is drawn from 2016.
