Mobilization in Ukraine: Who will not call the army in 2023

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine extended the duration of martial law and general mobilization. The mobilization in Ukraine was extended until November 18, 2023, and a number of categories of men and women fall under the army. However, there are people who are not mobilized during this period. The Kyiv24 channel tells about it. The Verkhovna Rada has previously adopted the laws of approval of the Presidential Decrees on the extension of martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine.

General mobilization in Ukraine continues in connection with the extension of martial law due to Russian full -scale invasion in February 2022. In total, there are four waves of mobilization, during which certain categories of men and women who have military skills are called, and in the last wave they mobilize all citizens. However, the General Staff has previously told that such waves do not operate in Ukraine and there is a special mobilization plan in each region that is kept secret.
