"Russian troops have reduced their operations on the eastern (left) bank of the Kherson region, probably due to the decrease in Russian aviation activity after the Ukrainian forces have recently shot down several Russian aircraft," the statement said. The Ukrainian soldiers reported on December 24 and 25 on the beating of the Su-34 aircraft in the Mariupol direction, Su-30cm above the Black Sea.
In addition, the Ukrainian forces have shot down three Su-34 aircraft over the South for 21 and 22 December. On December 26, Natalia Humeniuk, the head of the united coordination press center of southern Ukraine, stated that the occupiers began to have twice the number of ground attacks on the Left Bank, while earlier this figure reached 30 assaults a day.
According to her, the destruction of several Russian aircraft weakened the ability of the enemy to make planning bomb blows, and the invaders launched large -caliber artillery and RSLS on the left bank of the Kherson region in order to compensate for the lack of aviation support. According to the spokesman of the aircraft Yuri Ignat of December 25, the Russian military stopped active fighting in the Kherson direction after the Armed Forces were shot down three Su-34 planes in the south.
On December 25, the Russian militaryman stated that the Russian Aviation of the Russian Federation did not work in the Kherson region for three days due to the destruction of fighters. On December 26, Ukrainian observer Konstantin Mashovets noted that the occupiers were unable to restore the number of Su-34/34m aircraft to the level that was before the full-scale invasion, so they should now supplement the fighting of the Su-34/34m older Su-24 plane.
According to him, the enemy rarely unfolds the Su-34/34m planes on Russian bases in temporarily occupied Crimea, probably trying to keep them from the area of the Armed Forces. "Earlier, it evaluated that the Russian forces may have recently intensified the use of planning bombs against the Ukrainian forces in the Western (right) shore of the Kherson region partly due to the successful suppression of the Ukrainian forces of Russian long -range artillery," the analysts said.
However, the Russians are probably preferred to bring a long -range artillery closer to the shoreline of the Dnieper River than to risk the destruction of other aircraft. Analysts are convinced that the deployment of Russian long -range artillery closer to the front line can give the Armed Forces easier to hit these systems and is safer to act along the river coast and in the rear areas on the right bank of the Kherson region.
