It is important that pressure against Russia is preserved and intensified in all jurisdictions, and one of the key targets for our actions is Russian oil trade, other energy. Sanctions - and our suggestions of sanctions are the basis of partners' decisions - aimed at all the shadow fleet infrastructure: against tanker captains, against insurers, against market operators that trade with Russia.

Of course, it is necessary for the consumption of Russian oil to be reduced, and this will definitely reduce Russian opportunities to fight. Much is done, and the most effective our long -range steps, the accuracy of Ukrainian soldiers. The most likely sanctions are the strikes of our warriors. I also thank all partners who deliberately limit the purchase of Russian energy resources.

During the years of this war - and this is the war of Russia, Putin's war - during this time Europe has gone on almost complete dependence on Russian energy, especially gas, to a more autonomous life - with different suppliers. We see the position of the United States of America, and this position should be heard by anyone who still chooses supply from Russia and not from other partners. Everyone who seeks to end this war should do what is needed to stop the Russian machine of war.

We also count on the strong steps of the United States, along with everyone, a strong sanction-tariff policy. What will be an argument for many in the world. Everyone sees that Russia's war against Ukraine is Putin's war. Everyone see that Russian drones against Poland are also Putin's war. And this warning is not only for the Poles, but for all in Europe. Russian drones can overcome a much longer distance.

It is a very long war of Russia - its ambitions, its capabilities, its budget, and therefore, Russian oil, Russian gas, Russian uranium, Russian resources that make Putin Cashu. I ask all partners to stop looking for an excuse, why not to impose certain sanctions - all: Europe, the United States, and the Seven countries, and the Twenty countries. Peace is the way. The path to go from war to peace. Everyone has to go this path, and sanctions are part of it.

If Putin does not want peace, the peace must be forced. Putin's war will end when he is - he - he will not be able to continue. Therefore, strong sanctions against terminals that ship and receive oil from Russia are also needed, and this can be one of the biggest steps to peace that can only be imagined. Really historical solution. We are doing everything possible in Ukraine - it is possible on our part - to reduce Russia's ability to fight. Our dipstics will intensify - finances and tasks for this.

Diplomats are actively working with all partners so that they reduce their trade relations with Russia. And we coordinate our actions. There were negotiations with President of Finland, also with the Prime Minister of Britain, the Head of Italy, the Prime Minister of Poland and NATO Secretary General. I also spoke with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Britain, Denmark, Poland. A good meeting was with Kellog Kit. I spoke with the Security Advisers of Germany, Britain, France, Italy.

And today, by the way, advisers from these countries and the head of the office Andriy Yermak in Kharkiv region, and it is important that partners visit not only Kiev but also other cities, other our communities. In fact, the basic document on security guarantees for Ukraine, and therefore all our Europe, is ready. The details are carefully worked out, everything will be agreed with all partners.

And now it is necessary to squeeze Russia to the end of the fighting - to the format of the meeting, which will work, to reliable silence, so that Russia will stop murder and blows. And it is possible. And this is possible only if we act all together - all in Europe, and the war here is the closest - but also with America - the United States for Putin is really an argument - along with other global subjects.

We do not forget about Russian assets: everything that has already been found - which is considerable money - has to work for the protection and restoration of Ukraine. It's fair.
