According to the investigation, in 2022, agreements were concluded between the military unit and the sewing factory for the supply of uniforms for the servicemen of the territorial defense units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The terms of the contract provided for the supply of wind protection and warmed winter jackets, as well as summer field suits. The total cost of transactions amounted to UAH 35 million.

However, the supplier, having initially received a prepayment that exceeded five million UAH, and then the rest of the amount stipulated by the terms of the contract put "goods of poor quality". In the office of the Prosecutor General stated that the military uniform does not meet the specifications, it cannot be used as intended.
