The Russian Federation is not going to conclude any peace treaties with Ukraine, because at this stage of the war it has success, Dmitry Kukarchuk explained. In order for Ukraine to win, the state and mentality of people must change. The Ukrainian authorities should change the approaches to mobilization and then the troops will have no problems with a set of new people. Dmitry Kukarchuk told about the peculiarities of mobilization and where to look for new fighters, the battalion commander of the 3 separate assault brigade (OSHBR) in an interview with Ukrainian Truth. Kukarchuk explained that today 3 OSHBR was not all right with recruiting fighters, although last month it turned under a thousand people. According to him, the problem is that the crew was not included in the list for priority replenishment.
