Inhuman conditions: The Armed Forces Instructor named the main problems with landfills

To spread: many combatants who can share their experience as instructors for recruits and those who have been serving a long time ago do not want to move to this position because of the lack of basic conditions for training. The conditions at the landfills are terrible and inhumane, told in an interview with Donbas. Realities instructor in tactical medicine and domedic training of Sava Chuikov.

According to him, for example, there are no toilets on landfills, and servicemen are forced to go to land, in the woods and so on. "There are no training classes. We very often conduct more advanced courses for combat physicians, and it is a room made of plywood, cardboard and corrugated board, which is heated to +80 degrees in the sun. It is impossible to ventilate it in the winter.

You need to take a break, but you will not have time to go for this break into the toilet, because other people will not have time, " - explained the military. He also stressed that the arrangement of landfills is also a security issue. "There should be shelters, there should be underground shelters, underground training classes, fortifications. Now a lot of time is lost in order to run into shelter during each anxiety.

" Chuikov says there are many other "interesting organizational decisions that smell of scoop. " All this, he is sure, must be changed ideologically and dramatically. The guest of the studio added, today there are a lot of cool experts in the army with enormous experiences who cannot pass it on to others because of communication problems.

The way out of this situation is not only professional training, but also the need to teach communication with people, so that the military can organize the educational process, listen and hear others, speak. One of the main tasks, according to the combat physician, is to correct the situation with the provision of instructors.

"Since there are cool fighters, what are the cool instructors, but they do not want to go to the positions of instructors, because providing the instructor is less than the soldier who participates in the fighting. He does not receive additional payments for combat, and no one is motivated to be an instructor," Chuikov explained. According to him, working with people is quite difficult. "It is often more difficult than being in a combat unit.
