People's Deputy Mykola Tishchenko was in the center of the scandal after his guards in the Dnieper tried to detain and beat the volunteer Dmitry Pavlov. The parliamentarian was presented with suspicion of illegally imprisonment or the abduction of a person. On June 25, the Kyiv Pechersk District Court chose a measure of restraint of the People's Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko, who got into a scandal due to the beating of former Dmitry Pavlov in Dnipro.

This is known from an online broadcast that was conducted from the courtroom. The court decided to take Tyshchenko under 24 -hour house arrest. When asked if he agreed with the court decision, the deputy answered "there is no point". "Well, the court's decision must be enforced," he said. On June 20, the network posted footage where people in military uniform put on a man's shackles and began to beat him.

It was reported that the attackers were the guards of the deputy Mykola Tyshchenko, and the victim - Volunteer Dmitry Pavlov with the call sign "Son", who served in the special unit of Kraken. Tyshchenko himself stated that he had come to the Dnieper for "fighting illegal offices and botochars. " Meanwhile, the police have opened two cases, noting that "unknown persons in camouflage clothing and balaclava caused 33-year-old man bodily harm and illegally kept it.

" The Kraken special unit confirmed that their former fighter was on a scandalous video. Tyshchenko, commenting on the incident, stressed that Pavlov was dismissed and called it corruption. The National Police confirmed that the video also "lit up" their employee. The department assured that the police from the Kiev Directorate Bogdan Pisarenko was on a business trip and intervened in a conflict because of his familiar phone. On June 25, the DBR reported that Tishchenko was visited with a search.

The People's Deputy was also declared suspected of illegally imprisonment or abduction. The politician stated that unnamed corrupt officials were pressured, and he defended the police officer. Before the court session, Tyshchenko reported that he was ready to lay his mandate after the scandal, but provided that there will be no botherm farm in Ukraine. The deputy stressed that the mandate was given to him by people. The police informed that they detained one of the active participants in the fight.
