According to the Ministry of Defense, after the exit of the Russian Federation from the Grain Agreement and the announcement of the Moscow maritime blockade violated the universal for the whole world the right to free navigation and undermined the food safety of millions of people, so Kiev is ready to answer.

"From 00:00 on July 21, 2023, all vessels heading in the Black Sea water area in the direction of the seaports of the Russian Federation and Ukrainian seaports, which are located on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, can be considered by Ukraine as such, which carry military goods with all relevant risks.

" The Ministry of Defense also added that from 05:00 on July 20, 2023 navigation in the regions of the Northeast of the Black Sea and the Kerch-Yennykalsky Strait of Ukraine were prohibited as dangerous. The relevant navigation information for the sailors has already published "the fate of the cruiser" Moscow "proves that the forces of the Defense of Ukraine have enough necessary means to reflect Russian aggression at sea," - said in the department.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also condemned Russia's threats to attack civilians in the Black Sea, noting that such statements restrict the freedom of navigation around the world. The department called on the international community to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of navigation in the Black Sea as guarantees of food security in the world.

We will remind, on July 19 the Russian authorities stated that after closing the "grain agreement" will consider all vessels that come to the Black Sea water area to Ukrainian ports as carriers of military goods. The countries belonging to ships will consider Russia involved in the Great War on the side of Kiev. Marine districts in the northwestern and southeastern parts of the Black Sea international waters are declared temporarily dangerous for navigation.

Washington believes that after such statements of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, civilian vessels in the Black Sea and accuse of this Armed Forces.
