On board the cargo vessel was transported to Turkey by a load of ferroalloys purchased in Russia. A storm is raging in Turkey and several ships were already injured. The Kafkametler Turkish ship was heading from the Russian port of Temryuk with a cargo of Ferroallov, gave a signal of disaster in the morning near the city of Eregli and could no longer contact it. The Kafkametler ship filed a disaster signal at 10:29 am (07:29 by Grynwich), reported in the Ministry of Transport, adding that the latter signal it had given near the northwestern city of Eregli. There are 12 crew members on board. They also failed to contact them. It is reported that the captain of the ship in front of the incident reported that he had drifted towards the Military Waleriz Eregli. Attempts to contact the ship were not successful.

It is impossible to reach the specified place or establish close visual contact due to bad weather conditions. Search and rescue work will be continued using the air and sea element, depending on the weather conditions, Turkey's Main Directorate.
