"The issue of mobilization of such people, although discussed, is not excluded by law. We will hope that the territorial centers of completion will be appropriate wisely, given the specifics of people of this age," he stressed. According to the lawyer, much of the older people who have entered the army, most of their time spend on hospitals, and therefore "the Armed Forces only spend resources on them.

" Mytsyk has voiced a list of cases and procedures that can be mobilized over 50 years of age: as a result, the lawyer said that even given health problems in older people, he has no accurate information or mobilize them. At the same time, mobilization over 50 years is possible because there is no direct ban.
