The resolution also maintains the creation of a special international criminal tribunal to bring the Russian leadership, including Putin, to justice for aggression against Ukraine. This tribunal should also investigate the events in Ukraine since February 2014, including the annexation of Crimea, the Donbass war and the MH17 flight.
