In Ukraine can prohibit the evacuation of vehicles during the war

Deputies are dissatisfied with the fact that car confiscation often occurs without legal grounds. In addition, drivers have to violate parking rules through air anxiety. The Verkhovna Rada proposed to prohibit the evacuation of vehicles by parking inspectors during the war. This is stated in the explanatory note to the relevant bill. Since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine has significantly increased the evacuation of vehicles.

Particularly important is that cars confiscation often happens without legal grounds. Deputies stated that during air alarm, drivers have to leave their vehicles to find shelters. Because of this, stopping or parking rules are often violated. Also, during the martial law or emergency, there may be a need for immediate and rapid evacuation. This cannot be done if the car is temporarily detained by parking inspectors or evacuated to the penalty.
