Washington continues to provide Moscow with information on intercontinental ball...

The US has stopped transmitting Russia's information on nuclear weapons within the DSU

Washington continues to provide Moscow with information on intercontinental ballistic missiles and ballistic missiles in submarines in accordance with other agreements. Since June 1, the United States has not transmitted information on nuclear weapons. These data were exchanged under the Strategic offensive Agreement. The US State Department press service reported details. US representatives are taking appropriate measures in response to the actions of Russia, which suspended the agreement.

Washington warned Moscow of his intentions. The department explained that this concerns the termination of the transfer of Russia's status and location of objects. They are specified in the contract. Objects refer to rockets and launchers (nuclear weapons). The aggressor country ceased to transmit such data on February 28, 2023. It will not be the assistance of inspections in the territory of the state from June 1.

The United States still provides information on the launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles and ballistic missiles in submarines in accordance with other agreements. At the same time, the United States refuses to provide telemetric information about intercontinental ballistic missiles and ballistic missiles in submarines. At the end of February 2023, Dictator Vladimir Putin announced the withdrawal of the Strategic offensive weapons agreement unilaterally.

The main purpose of the document was to reduce the number of nuclear weapons. In Russia, Washington unilaterally excluded from the enrollment of more than 100 units of US strategic offensive weapons. At the end of March, the Kremlin expressed his readiness to restore nuclear weapons.

A representative of the Russian Federation at international organizations, Mikhail Ulyanov, noted that the dialogue on DSno can begin at any moment, but everything is allegedly dependent on the final position of the United States. We will remind, at the end of May in Belarus signed a document on the placement of nuclear weapons.
