According to the Head of State, the state sector should now do everything possible and impossible to withstand in winter and maintain functionality. It is about preparing air defense systems, energy systems and receiving support packages from partners.
"The Ministry of Internal Affairs [Igor Klimenko] has been instructed to prepare the SES sector to the maximum and not only about the direct work of the service, but also a clear informing of people about how protection will be provided," the President said.
