Whatever form their regime takes, if they go unpunished, Russia is trying to repeat its evil. Today, millions of our people will light memorial candles - this is our joint honoring of the victims of the Holodomor. But it is also a reminder to all of us, and to everyone in the world, that preserving memory is also action to protect justice, to protect life, and to ensure that there is no reward for the killer for destroying people.

The grief of previous generations of the Ukrainian people and what Ukrainians are forced to go through now are all very intertwined. And it tells us a lot. Consultations with partners will take place these days regarding the steps needed to end the war - I signed the decree on the composition of the Ukrainian delegation, I approved all relevant directives.

Now it is about much more than about certain points of this or that document.

It is necessary to make sure that the principle that crimes against people and humanity, against states and peoples can have some kind of reward and forgiveness does not prevail anywhere in Europe and the world. Real peace is always based on guaranteed security and justice. And this feeling is not only mine - I know that it is the feeling of millions of our people and most people in the world.

Today, I continued coordination with partners: we spoke with the leaders of the Nordic countries and the Baltic States - eight leaders, this whole strong region. And I really appreciate the support, and these are really the defenders of life. I also spoke today with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands - I thank you for your willingness to help and for your principledness. There will be support packages for Ukraine.

We are constantly consulting at various levels with other European friends, and not only Europeans, but also the countries of the Group of Seven, as well as our friends in the Group of Twenty, other countries of the world - many are ready to support us, ready to support Ukraine. Thanks for that. There will be further negotiations. And today we still have several internal affairs. We talked in detail with government officials about our next steps in domestic politics.

It is important that the winter support program is at a good pace - there are already almost 10 million applications. Payments will begin next week. Funds can be used until June. But please, the application must be completed in Diya or at Ukrposhta by the end of December this year - by Christmas, we will provide the entire amount of finances.

He also spoke with the Prime Minister of Ukraine about the audits that have already started in energy companies and about the additional audit of the entire defense sphere - defense enterprises. Such a military audit should be done as quickly as possible, as much as possible - relevant contracts, finances, operations, etc. I instructed to present the results to society, preferably weekly, and to hand over materials to law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies.

There was a report of the Central Committee today on the situation at the front, on Russian disinformation operations, and their plans. The most difficult is Pokrovsk, the entire direction, significant Russian forces, more than 150 thousand who continue assaults, every day there are the most attacks, all this has been going on for many months, and it is important that our soldiers, our units destroy the occupier. We are conducting counter-offensive actions.
