He recalled that Moscow was increasing its presence in Africa, using its proxy-VVK "Wagner" and "African Corps".
The Russians also support authoritarian regimes and terrorist organizations around the world. The head of the GUR noted that the Russian Federation is trying to carry out hybrid information and kierdoperatives in other countries, and interferes with a civilized democratic process through the controlled media and opinions.
