Bae Systems is known to have concluded a contract with the UK government for repairing the L119 artillery guns of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The company claims that they have already started the investigation. On Wednesday, April 17, an explosion occurred in one of the largest defensive industries in the UK. About it reports the local edition of Walesonline. It is a large Bae Systems Armory Plant in Glascod in South Velsea.

The military contractor of the enterprise has already stated that he began a "full investigation of the incident". According to the newspaper, the emergency service confirmed that the explosion occurred inside the building. The staff of the enterprise was not injured, no injuries were recorded. The BAE Systems representative also assured that all the safety protocols were immediately involved, all the necessary emergency services arrived on the spot.

"Our emergency response group continues to monitor the object, and a full investigation has already been started," the enterprise representative assured. Bae Systems has signed a contract for repair and maintenance of 105 mm of artillery weapons L119 for the Armed Forces with the Government of the United Kingdom. As part of this new agreement in Ukraine, it will be possible to receive repaired tools on the battlefield as soon as possible, directly to the front.

It is about the creation of strategic military repair companies, enterprises for the restoration of civil infrastructure and the introduction of technologies within the framework of cybersecurity. "The United Kingdom has led the world support for Ukraine after a full -scale invasion of Russia," said Greg Gands Trade Policy Minister.
